I'm Hugo, I'm heading growth and strategy at EVBox,
we are a clean tech company
that provides sustainable mobility
and we do that by bringing
leading charging solutions to the world.
I joined back in 2015 when we were about 15 people
and we have grown to be about 400 people today.
As we grew as a company we really needed a system
that could help grow with us and be future-proof
when we are evolving our brand position and our business strategy
across multiple markets and across multiple segments.
Bynder enables a faster time-to-market
mostly because of the way that is set up.
So we have access to the latest information
on the product and the product assets,
which allows our partners to quickly understand
where to find the assets and all the information.
What happened when I joined EVBox was
all the product assets were outdated in different folders,
different partners had different information.
That can impact the end customer because he does not have
the right information to make a choice.
Bynder is important
because with over 150 partners in 50 countries,
it is really hard to keep everyone up-to-date with the latest information,
so this allows them to really have a central point of truth.
Partners are really happy with Bynder
mostly because of the way of the searching and the taxonomy,
because many times it is hard to find the right product
and with Bynder they for example can say:
I want to see the home charging, with a cable,
on a pole, with a specific feature,
it pops up the right picture allowing them to
match the product requirement with the visual aspect.
We also built an internal Wikipedia
which allows them to find quickly all the information on the market,
guidelines and the right assets.
We have our own event on mobility
called rEVolution,
to enhance and leverage
our thought leadership in the industry.
So we use Bynder to integrate with our website
and ensure that the information shared about the event
and the thought leadership is consistent and accurate.
Bynder helps us grow our business
because we can educate our partners
and onboard them faster,
which allows to create a competitive edge
on how the partners go to market,
and ultimately scale the operations faster.
All of this while having a continuous learning
throughout the whole process.
