Unilabs is a Diagnostics Lab. It's one of the largest ones in Europe. Our main services are lab IVD, imaging and pathology. We are diagnostic providers for hospitals, caregivers, but also for individuals, people that comes to our labs and they purchase our services. Before having Bynder, it was hard to find the right images from our image bank. Also that the production of assets from different agencies were done with different platforms, different teams, and that usually creates a little bit of disruption in our brand consistency. From the perspective of the content creation our priorities were how to manage the approval process and the issues related to the content rights management. We are very interested in editing functionalities and also about the usage analytics. How are people using the tool, obviously to improve. We also needed a tool or a platform to make that content easy to find, easy to use and easy to localize in the 18 different languages that we have at Unilabs. Then is when we identified that a tool like a DAM could be beneficial for us. It has reduced the cost of content production because it's a tool that enables the end users or the internal users in the markets to re-use that content very easily. They use Studio or DAT to transform those assets into their languages or change a picture because it needs to have some cultural adaptation. We promote both the final assets created but also the templates in Studio, because sometimes people are seeing the final asset and they are jealous. Now we know that. So we are creating most of the assets when possible from Studio. We share also the template to just modify something or to change completely. But based on this template. Bynder provides us visibility on all that content approval process, on the content creation, but also on the usage. So we can keep track of who is using which content.
